What countries do you ship to?

We ship from Canada to nearly every country. Please see this page for Canada Post's current restrictions.

How long will it take to get my order?

It might take us 3-7 days to pack and ship your order. Afterwards it will make its way in a mail to you :)
Canada Post provides the following estimates (Please note that delays are common):

Canada: 1-2 weeks
USA: 1-4 weeks
International: 2-4 weeks

Our shoppie had just opened, so we are still learning to work fast. We do our best to be really careful with packing and shipping details, and appreciate your patience♡

How can I track my order?

When orders are fulfilled we will include a tracking number and link Canada Post's tracking page.

Please note that you must select registered mail to be able to track your package.

What is your return/exchange policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you chose untracked lettermail as a shipping option.If you experience any issues or disappointment with your order, we encourage you to reach out through our contact form.
Missing orders can be re-sent/refunded
but only if you have sselected Tracked shipping option. Untracked letters are not able to be refunded.
